Hi Stakes Markets Game - Official Sweepstakes Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Eligibility

The Hi Stakes Markets Game Sweepstakes (the "Promotions") are open to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. If a winner is under the age of majority, the prize may be awarded in the name of their parent or legal guardian, who will be required to sign all necessary documents. Employees of Excerion Sun LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

  • Physical Prizes: Shipment of physical prizes is limited to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia.
  • International Participants: Participants outside of the United States may be eligible for a cash or cryptocurrency equivalent of a physical prize, determined at the sole discretion of the Sponsor (see Section 6). Promotions are void in any country under sanction by the U.S. Government and where prohibited by law.

2. Sponsor

The sponsor of these Promotions is Excerion Sun LLC. Contact: legal@excsn.com.

3. Promotion Period

Each individual giveaway within the Hi Stakes Markets Game will specify its own start date, end date, and drawing date (the "Promotion Period"). These details will be clearly displayed within the Hi Stakes Markets Game application ("the App").

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) methods of entry for each Promotion:

Method 1: Entry via In-Game Activity

During the Promotion Period, users can earn entries by purchasing them using "Credits" (virtual in-game currency). Credits are earned exclusively through gameplay activities such as trading and completing contracts. The cost in Credits per entry is specified within the App for each individual Promotion.

Method 2: Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase or completing in-game activities, you may request a free entry code once per day.

To do so, send an email to amoe@excsn.com with the subject line "AMOE Request" and include the following in the body of the email:

  1. Your full legal name.
  2. Your Hi Stakes Markets Game Account ID (found in the app's settings menu).
  3. The unique Giveaway ID of the specific Promotion you wish to enter.

Upon receipt and verification of a valid request, a unique, single-use entry code will be emailed to you. You must then redeem this code within the App to receive your entries. Limit one (1) AMOE request per person per day. Automated or bot-generated requests will be disqualified.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

  • Drawing: Within approximately two (2) weeks after the end of a Promotion Period, a random drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries received. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
  • Notification: Potential winners will be notified via the in-game mail system.
  • Verification: To claim a prize, the potential winner must reply to the in-game notification by sending an email to giveaways@excsn.com within seven (7) days of notification. The email must include:
    1. The unique secret code provided in the in-game notification.
    2. The winner's Hi Stakes Markets Game Account ID.
    3. Any additional information requested in the notification, which may include a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release.
  • Forfeiture: If a potential winner does not respond within seven (7) days, is found to be ineligible, or fails to provide required documentation, the prize will be forfeited. In such cases, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining backup winners.

6. Prizes and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)

The specific prize(s) and their Approximate Retail Value (ARV) will be detailed in the description of each individual Promotion within the App.

  • International Winners: For winners residing outside of the United States in a jurisdiction where the Promotion is not prohibited, a cash or cryptocurrency (e.g., USDC, USDT) equivalent of the prize's ARV may be awarded in lieu of a physical prize, at the Sponsor's sole discretion. The payment method (e.g., PayPal, Wire Transfer) will also be determined by the Sponsor. Any transaction fees associated with the payment method may be deducted from the final prize amount.
  • No Substitution: No substitution of prizes is permitted, except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  • Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. For prizes valued at $600 or more, winners in the United States will be required to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 and will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Game or to be acting in violation of these rules.

8. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to the use of your information as described therein.

9. Winner's List

For a list of winners of prizes valued over $25, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: "Hi Stakes Winners List", c/o Excerion Sun LLC. Mailing address available upon request at legal@excsn.com.
